Ancestral Lineage Healing
Ancestral Lineage Healing is a type of spiritual repair work and a practice of ongoing relationship that centers blood & bone lineages. We acknowledge that relating to one’s ancestors is a normal practice in the long scope of human history, yet very few of us inherit inter-generational ancestral tending practices. This work invites us to honor the gifts of our lineages, repair wounds and disruptions that have occurred along the lines, and return to kinship with the most ancient aspects of ourselves. This work is incredibly supportive to personal and collective transformation, earth re-connection, energetic clarity and protection, and destiny.
"What doesn't get resolved may persist" captures the heart of this work well, and ALH seeks to bring resolution to the ancestral psyche, clarity to the client, and balance to the living kin.
Resourcing Session
If you are feeling challenged, are experiencing a personal shift, or are acutely feeling the unsettling nature of collective change, this offering is intended to support you to ground and make use of what is coming up in your system.
Resourcing sessions are a form of session work that is designed to support your soul in the present. Together, we will call on our combined support to hold you, giving you the space to allow your nervous system to settle, supporting you to explore and transform how you are relating to the difficulty.
Session activities include attunement and guided conversation, and can also include guided relaxation, intuitive support and nervous system resourcing from your unseen helpers.
These sessions allow you ample space to slow down, from which you will emerge - grounded, with more perspective and clarity.
The space I hold is buoyed by daily rituals of refinement, a dedicated clearing practice, and is held by the unique and abundant council of support that I hold with my ancestors, the lands we are seated on, and the helping spirits and bigger powers that back my life.
In other words - I am dedicated to depth, capacity and clarity in my practice, and hold this work with an ever-expanding web of compassionate, illuminated guidance.
