You must sign up for a Connection call before booking any service if you are a new client. This is a free 30-minute Zoom meeting for both of us to get a sense of if we are a good fit to work together. You can book a Connection call here.

I reserve the right to decline working with a potential new client, and/or discontinue working with an existing client at any time. The potential or current client will be informed via email if this is the case.

All sessions are confidential and your personal information is never shared without your consent.

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the start time of your session. Adjustments can be made by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the confirmation email you received upon booking.

Sessions cannot be recovered if you don't show up or arrive more than 5 minutes late, and a new session will need to be booked at full price.

Due to the nature of the sessions and the work offered, there are no refunds for individual sessions or packages.

This work is spiritual and holistic in nature — it is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. Please continue to work with your doctor, therapist, or other healthcare providers alongside this work. It is also recommended to have some form of support in place — a mentor, therapist, or trusted community — before engaging in deep ancestral or soul work.
